Invalid email address or password

If you are trying to log in to www.selecta.tv and the system does not recognize you as a user, your password may be invalid or you may be using a different email address.

If you forgot your password, enter your email address in "Did you forget your password?" and the system will automatically send you an email with a new password.

Once you receive the email with the new password (if you don´t receive it, check the spam folder), you must go to Selecta and log in with your email and the new password you´ve just received.

If you wish, you can change this password later. You must go to Your Account to change the password: (in the upper menu), and then click "Change password". You must enter your new password there and click on "Save changes".

If the problem persists, you may have registered using another email address or your Facebook account. Try these options and if the problem still persists, contact us at contact@selectatv.com.
