Video buffering allows you to pre load the video so that your Internet connection fluctuations do not cause your playback to be constantly interrupted.
When you play a video, you will see a gray bar ahead of the playback indicator showing how much of the video has already been buffered. The video should play correctly if the playback indicator is inside the gray zone.
If the playback frequently stops, pause the video to allow buffering and then try playing it again.
